Lately Instagram often asks to change your password, especially when signing in from a new IP. This is normal – Instagram is trying to protect your account.
A link will be sent to your email or phone (if linked). Open it and set a new password, then you can use your account again. Re-authorize in our service too.
Sometimes the link shows "Oops, an error occurred." That's an Instagram bug. In that case only Instagram support can help; provide proof the account is yours. The bug has been around for years. You can contact Instagram support via the app or this link.
We recommend signing in as rarely as possible – from your phone app and our service is enough. Don't add the account to other scheduling tools; we have scheduling and it works well. 🙂
