Many internet users have heard of mass following and mass liking. Both are used on social networks to promote business.

Mass following means following many users so they notice your account and follow your updates. This is especially common on Instagram and Twitter for promoting products and services.

Mass liking works the same way, but instead of following, the account likes posts.
