June was full of updates. Some were unexpected, most were long-awaited.
Two-factor authentication support
We put it off for a long time but finally did it. You no longer need to turn off 2FA on the profile. Enter a one-time backup code once and the profile is activated.
Story-view promotion is more effective
In promotion settings, if "Automatic promotion strategy" is off, you can enable extra options:
- The system will automatically watch other users' stories and send a reaction emoji (e.g. in DMs).
- The system will automatically watch stories and answer quiz questions correctly – Example
- The system will automatically watch stories and move the slider to 100% – Example
- The system will automatically watch stories and tap the reaction sticker – Example
Follow requests
Since 2021 we only had one option: approve requests. From now on you can choose: approve or decline all requests.
In manual strategy for "Likes" you can now choose which posts to like
We open the profile we want to like. Which posts to like? You can choose one of three:
- Latest posts
- Random order from the last 12
- Reverse those 12 and start liking from the end
In manual strategy you can now set how many posts to like per profile
E.g. we open a profile – how many likes to give? We recommend 1 or 2.
