It can download photos, videos, carousels or IGTV from Instagram for free.
How do I download from Instagram?
Copy a link like https://www.instagram.com/p/B_kfsOlltRM/, paste it in, and click the save (floppy disk) icon.
You'll get a preview with a download button. On desktop, right-click to save. On mobile, long-press to open the menu and save to your device.
How do I copy the link?
On desktop, open the post and copy the URL from the address bar, or tap the three dots next to the post and choose "Copy link". You need to be logged into Instagram.
In the Instagram app on your phone, open the post, tap the three dots, and choose copy link.
